Biography

JULIETTE CARRILLO (Director) is an Artistic Associate at South Coast Repertory Theatre. A graduate of the Yale School of Drama, she has directed theater extensively throughout the country. Some of her favorite projects have been directing Los Faustinos for Cornerstone in Watts, Los Angeles; the West Coast Premiere of Anna in the Tropics and the world premiere of References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot for South Coast Rep; and the West Coast premiere of Shepard's Eyes For Consuela and The Eviction, both at San Francisco's Magic Theater. She also wrote and directed the short filmSpiral.
