B. H. Bridge Show: BROKEN HEARTS - This production written by Lisa Loomer and staged by Bill Rauch brought together artists and audiences from all four "B. H." neighborhoods and was performed at the Los Angeles Theatre Center.
In BROKEN HEARTS, wisecracking private detective Joaquin Garcia follows the story of a mysterious ring through the four "BH" communities of Los Angeles (Boyly Heights, Baldwin Hills, Beverly Hills, and "Broadway and Hill" or Chinatown). The story he unravels spans six decades of Los Angeles history, weaving the stories of the four communities into one endless fabric.
